At Performance plus massage, my mission is to provide the highest quality massage services to help my clients achieve their every day goals and maintain optimal physical health. I work with people or all walks of life, from the average person just trying to live a healthier more pain free life to elite athletes trying to perform better or recover from injury and everyone in between,  

I take a personalized approach to each client, tailoring the massage techniques to their specific needs and goals. I also educate my clients on self-care practices to help them maintain their progress outside of my office.

I offer a variety of services including deep tissue massage, sports-specific massage, myofascial release, lymphatic, cupping, and injury rehabilitation to help relieve pain, and prevent injury so you can get back to your optimal performance in life.
